Hadramud Mindi Restaurant

Was on the way to Birmingham and stopped at Hadramud Mindi House in Coventry. It’s our 2nd time here. The customer service is good! We got -Lamb Mandi -Salmon -Kebab The lamb Mandi and kebab was just amazing! The meat was fresh, juicy and full of flavour. The salmon was ok- I wouldn’t get it again. The salad that came with the food was really flavourful! I don’t know what they put on it but it tasted really good! The place was very reasonably priced! All this came to only around 17. Would deffo recommend this to everyone.

The Hadramouth Platter was amazing! This was my first authentic Yemeni meal, and upon arrival, the place was already filled with locals—which is always a good sign. The price was very reasonable; the platter cost less than 30 and was absolutely phenomenal. The lamb was tender and fell off the bone, the rice was flavourful and moist, and the entire meal was a truly pleasant experience.

Really very nice restaurant. Staff are friendly, prices are very reasonable, and food is solid. Service was prompt. Loved the chicken Mandi, would recommend if you're in Coventry (or travelling). Nice atmosphere too. Nothing fancy but pretty solid, up to standard.

Loved it here. think of it as a take away with public and private seating areas. we sat in a private space a wooden box kind with 7 chairs and 3 small tables that were joined to make a big table. when the food came oh days it was so so good. had i been local im sure id be having it atleast 3 times a week. we ordered chicken pasta and the lamb mandi. the lamb was soo so tender it was slipping off the bone. so glad to have come here. very affordable too.

One of the BEST mandi i’ve ever had... Ordered chicken mandi & lamb mandi Both 5/5 Sauce with them were very tasty and spicy Bakhlava 5/5 Food was HALAL, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and kind. Complimentary soup & salad with sauce were given Would visit again

Lovely food ! Lamb shoulder is on point but do ring atleast 2hrs beforehand and give them timeframe. 10/10 Make aure you have the tea after

Best Mandi place in Coventry. If you add the great customer service and care from staff and owner then this is the best Mandi place I have been to in UK. There is plenty of seating area and segregated area for families and women too. Best dish to order is Lamb Mandi or Lamb kouzi. The prices are reasonable and portion of meal is enough for two. Easy recommend to anyone. There is free public parking opposite to this restaurant. If you found this review helpful then a like would be much appreciated.

In short, while it’s not the fanciest spot, Hadramud Mindi deserves 5 stars for what matters most — delicious, authentic food and excellent service.
